NYCHA is providing extended office hours on Wednesdays at Property Management Offices to assist residents with all tenancy-related inquiries. Extended Hour Wednesdays are 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. until August 28, 2019.
Residents can visit the property management office anytime until 7:30 p.m. to get help with:
• Rent Payment Issues
• Annual Recertifications
• Interim Recertifications
• And much more
Development staff may be in touch with residents to schedule appointments. Management staff and Housing Assistants will be available on Extended Hour Wednesdays to assist with inquiries.
